Nan Yablong

Nan is the Manager of Marketing, Sales and Education. She has been sewing consistently since she was 8 years old. She is certified by Husqvarna Viking as an Educator for all machines including the Designer SE and the Husqvarna Viking Software. Nan has been an educator for more than twenty years and her experience includes many types of sewing. She is an expert in heirloom sewing having graduated several times from the Martha Pullen School of Fashion for heirloom sewing and garment sewing. Nan has been using Viking embroidery machines since their inception in the 90’s. Nan will be teaching many creative classes and providing new owner machine support as well as software support.


Lisa Wright

Lisa has worked with Husqvarna Viking sewing/embroidery machines, sergers and all Viking software products and accessories for the past three years. She has the knowledge and experience to share with you. Come in and meet Lisa. She is available to answer any questions that you may have. She is also ready to demonstrate the greatest sewing products in the world to you, HUSQVARNA VIKING!!!


Roseann Wallace

Roseann loves to quilt and sew. She is a member of one our local quilt guilds. Roseann will be happy to answer any questions or help you with any of your sewing needs. Stop in and meet her, she would love to meet you.


Carole Diss

Carol has been a sewing educator and designer for many years. We are fortunate to have her available to teach a wide variety of creative classes from handbags to the ever popular Latte Quilt.


Zoe Fields

Zoe has been a home economics teacher in the Huntington School system for many years. Her love and expertise in quilting shows in everything she does. Zoe is a free-lance educator teaching quilting classes for both The Sewing Basket and the Viking Sewing Center. Shirley Rosenbrock

Shirley is our newest free lance educator and we are fortunate to be able to offer creative classes with Shirley. She is an accomplished sewer and a specialist with machine embroidery and software. Her passion lies with wearable art and she is an expert designer. Shirley’s creative classes will be an exciting addition to our class list and she will be premiering the “Sewing Revolution”.


Renee Chilcote

Renee is a volunteer at the Viking Sewing Center. She is 13 years old, and has been sewing since she was 7 years old. She loves to make quilts, and to sew clothing. She also loves to meet new people who like to sew, or who are interested in learning how to sew. Renee is willing to help anyone with their sewing interests. Every sewer whether young or old should take the time to meet Renee. She is a wonderful and lucky young lady who has found her talent. Sewing!!!


Ed

Ed is here because he loves his wife. Joanie told him that she always wanted to have a quilt shop, Ed simply made that dream come true! Isn't love grand!!!
